2013年度　業種別部会会議開催！

11月18日（月）～19日（火）にかけて、2013年度業種別部会会議を開催しました。震災以降、原子力発電所が再稼働できないことから電力会社の経営環境は悪化しており、加盟単組においても九州電力の経営効率化施策や緊急支出抑制施策の影響を受けて、委託業務廃止による雇用問題への発展、受注減による大幅な収益悪化、先行き不透明による離職者の増加など極めて厳しい経営環境に発展しています。このような状況にともない、工場移転提案や労働諸条件の引き下げ見直しなど加盟単組にとっても重要案件が増加しています。さらに、組合員や家族からも将来に対する不安の声が多く聞かれる状況となっています。九州電力総連に加盟する単組は、様々な業種に分かれています。このため、同じ業種別に集まり取り巻く課題を共有化し、部会会議内で出された課題を精査し、その解決に向けて関係箇所へ提言することを目的に業種別部会会議を開催しています。
　 18日は、「配電・お客様分科会」「発電分科会」「送変電分科会」を開催し、冒頭、「九州電力の状況と緊急支出抑制への対応について」九州電力労働組合　田中副委員長から講演をいただき状況を共有化しました。その後、分科会に分かれて単組間での意見交換を行ったのち、九州電力事業推進本部および主幹部のグループ長クラスの方にも出席をいただき、健全なグループ経営発展に向け、職場大における課題解決に向けた提言や情報共有化などについて意見交換を実施しました。
　17時30分からは、19日に開催する「電力サポート分科会」「製造分科会」「通信分科会」に出席するみなさんにも出席いただき、「電力関連産業を取り巻く情勢を踏まえた今後の対応について」全国総連　社会産業局　小林部長より講演をいただきました。これにより、福島第一原子力発電所の現状、電力システム改革を巡る動向を共有化する事が出来ました。2日目についても、引き続き、18日と同じ内容で業種別部会会議を開催しました。
　今回、出されたされた課題や提言については、部会代表者と分科会主査でまとめていただき、今後、九州電力総連として対応していく予定です。
